• We are your independent listener, sounding board or hand to hold

• Discuss your requirements in detail, based on needs identified in Introductory Meeting

• Discuss how and when you want support to be provided

• The outcome of these discussions will be documented

• Following the meeting, you will receive a Service Agreement covering ongoing support for your approval and sign-off

• Meeting with client and up to six others, or six significant others without the person requiring support with the written consent of the person requiring support

• Package rates apply during weekday business hours

• Rates are charged in increments of 15 minutes

• Non-client-facing tasks include research, administration, note collation, contact with third parties

• We will be on standby to provide in-person, online or phone support during the agreed times

• Groups could be family, friends, community groups, special-interest groups, businesses

• At your venue, or online, we will speak to your group about the importance of end-of-life planning, starting the conversation with others, and becoming more confident in speaking about end-of-life subjects
