This Work Health and Safety Policy guides us to ensure safety for both doula and clients.
It follows advice from NSW Health and related organisations.

This policy explains how we keep you and ourselves safe when we visit you at home or in the community.

4. How We Keep Safe
Before We Visit

We check if there are any dangers at the place we are visiting

We write down where we are going and tell someone we trust
During the Visit

We carry a phone and keep it easy to reach

We always look for the nearest way to leave safely

If we feel unsafe, we will leave straight away
5. Staying Healthy

We wash or clean our hands before and after each visit

We wear masks or gloves if needed

We stay home if we are feeling sick
6. If Something Happens

If there is an accident, we will write down what happened.

We will learn from it so we can be even safer next time.
